The UMA /World Budo Kai Annual Training Week

22nd - 26th October 2006

The Venue: Hull Collegiate School, Anlaby, East Yorkshire.

Another successful UMA/World Budo Kai annual training event was held in Hull this year.

This years events included general training and grading work in the Japanese systems of Ju Jitsu, Aikido, Karate and the Chinese systems of Shoalin Tai Chi Chuan, Shaolin Chuan Fa Kung Fu. Alternative demonstrations of Shaolin Staff and Zen Shin Katsu were also performed.

The event also honoured several students with first Dan/Degree and higher qualifications. Congratulations to all the students who obtained their grades.

 

This year saw Soke Norman Sangwin obtaining his 10th Dan

Many Congratulations to Si Bok Ricky Robson who obtained the very high teaching rank of Si Bok (Instructor of Instructors) for all his efforts of the continued quality of teaching throughout the years and also demonstrating his skills on the Tiger Form and its Techniques
